All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted on damaged merchandise only. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 4 days of receipt. Please make sure to inspect your merchandise upon receipt.
All returned merchandise must be pre-approved by our fulfillment department with an RMA number and MUST be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt (21 days for international orders). Merchandise that is not in its original condition or received past the 14 days period will not be accepted.
(There are no returns NO EXCEPTIONS!)

Wholesale Kids Stuff reserves the right to refuse any return requests for merchandise other than damaged goods.
Returns made without a pre-approved RMA number will not be accepted.
Wholesale Kids Stuff processes your orders as soon as possible. Upon notification of out of stock merchandise, customers have 24 hours to cancel the entire order. If no request to cancel has been made within the 24 hour period, the order will be shipped as is and the customer will be refunded for any out of stock items.
